Covid, Moderna asks Ema for approval for the use of Spikevax in children up to 5 years old

Rome, May 3 – After the USA, Moderna presents to the European Union the request for approval of the vaccine against Covid in children under 6 years, from 6 months to 5 years. This was announced by the American company. The application submitted to the European Medicines Agency concerns the extension of the conditional marketing authorization (CMA) to include a two-dose schedule of 25 micrograms Spikevax in these age groups.
