Municipal pharmacists strike in Ferrara: “It’s absurd to consider only costs”

Rome, May 13 – The fires of the protest of the workers in the municipal pharmacies, which have been mobilizing for months for the renewal of the category contract, which expired seven years ago, are not extinguished. The latest protest took place in Ferrara, where two days ago several dozen employees of the province’s municipal pharmacies (one hundred in total, 90 in the pharmacies of Afm Ferrara and another ten in those of Soelia) quit their jobs, going to the streets in a an attempt to raise the awareness of citizens and employers (ie municipal administrations that hold shares in public pharmacies) about the lack of recognition of their professionalism and rights.
