See: Covid 19, compulsory quarantine does not violate personal freedom

Rome, 12 April – The provisions on compulsory quarantine do not infringe on personal liberty. This is the decision of the Constitutional Court that took place last Friday, April 8 considered in the Council Chamber the issues of constitutional legality raised by the Criminal Court of Reggio Calabria in relation to certain provisions of Decree n. 33 of 2020, which contains precisely measures to limit the spread of Covid-19.
