Three ingredients cake

The three-ingredient cake is a clever recipe that is prepared in 5 minutes and with only three ingredients! She is very greedy!

Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 35 minutes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° in static mode, or 170 ° if ventilated. Finely chop the cookies using a robot. You will need to get a fairly fine and subtle mixture. I advise you to chop them a little at a time so as to be sure to reduce them perfectly.

  2. Pour the biscuits into a large bowl and add the milk a little at a time. Stir as you add the milk and continue until the mixture is perfectly homogeneous.

  3. Finally, add the instant baking powder and mix it too. Grease and flour a 20 cm mold. Alternatively, use parchment paper or spray remover.

  4. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated oven. Cook for about 30/35 minutes. Test the toothpick before taking it out of the oven and continue cooking if necessary. Remove from the oven and let cool.

  5. Decorate with powdered sugar or as you prefer. It is also perfect for stuffing!

It can be kept moist and soft for up to 4 days if closed under a glass bell or an airtight container
